We had a good time at home, at Nana’s, and Popsky’s & Granny P’s house…yup, I was all ALL those places during the two days! I got too many toys (according to Mom) & spoiled like I should.

Grammy Joan sent me this:

I will be sure to use it next year! I hope it gets filled with lots of good things!

I hope you all enjoyed your Christmas as much as we enjoyed ours! Love, Jacob.

So, I got a call from Grammy Joan & she is looking for a pattern…I didn’t even know the name of this designer, but I had one of the designs…

Here it is…Sampler Alphabet!

So…my first REAL fever…

Posted in Jacob by Mel on the December 16th, 2007

I was pretty irritable these past few days…on Thursday, after I got home with Mom, she thought I felt warm. She took my temperature…102.9!!! I got some drugs, and I hung out with Mom, because I didn’t want to be by myself all miserable.

It didn’t stop there, though…my highest reading was 103.9…and on Tylenol, I would not get below 101.0 on Thursday night/Friday morning. I didn’t have any other problems except for not sleeping like I usually do, so Mom didn’t think I needed to go to the Emergency Room, but she did get me looked over on Friday at the clinic, before the weekend. I was fine…just a viral bug…just more Tylenol! Thankfully, I like it!

My fever did pretty much break on Saturday afternoon, but has come back a little bit today - we’ll see what happens & how I sleep tonight as to whether we go anywhere tomorrow. More later ~ Jacob.

Santa Claus is coming to town…

Posted in Jacob by Mel on the December 9th, 2007

Well, I had my first visit with Santa - Mrs. Claus thought that I would be scared, and made Mommy walk around the back of the tree & not let me see Santa. Mommy didn’t think I would be scared, and she was right…I didn’t mind Santa at all!

Of course, Mom & Dad couldn’t get a good shot, so they had to buy this one…but, it’s a good one…Mommy scanned it in, so you will all be getting a copy - if we have your address!

We had a good time walking around the aquarium. Mom wanted to get a photo of all of us, but that didn’t happen. I didn’t feel like smiling again…so, Mom will post some more photos later, but nothing that is much to write home about!

Photos from the aquarium…

More later…and, I did like Santa! Jacob.

How do you like my teeth???

I have SIX teeth total - four on top & the two on the bottom…

Aren’t they great? I am enjoying them, although I don’t get the fact that I shouldn’t bite Mommy when she puts something in my mouth on her finger. Maybe one day…Jacob.

Just another day at home with Mom!

Well, I decided that I could make these little blankets…and, they are pretty easy to put together…

I am going to be making them for Jacob’s friends for Christmas…I need to get more ribbon, though!
